1. What does the prize include?
The prize includes a bottle of Barros 1974 Special Edition - 50 Years of 25 April.
2. What is not included in the prize?
Any expenses incurred as a result of the prize (including any return of products) will be the responsibility of the winner.
3. Who can take part?
Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
Sogevinus Fine Wines SA reserves the right to ask winners for a document proving their age. Employees of the Sogevinus Fine Wines SA group, their families, the agencies involved and any other company directly related to this promotional action are excluded from taking part in this draw. Sogevinus Fine Wines SA reserves the right (at its discretion) to decide whether the requirements are met. Sogevinus Fine Wines SA accepts no responsibility for any entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete, or that cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
4. How to take part?
To be eligible to win the draw, participants must follow UVA Wine Shop on Instagram (@uvawineshop), mention two accounts in the comments and put two words that represent 25 April for them.
5. Duration of the draw
The draw will start at 12 noon on 18 April 2024. It will end at 23:59 on 21 April 2024. Any entries received after the end of the draw period will be excluded.
6. How will the winners be chosen?
The winner will be the one who has the most likes/likes on their comment and fulfils all the requirements mentioned above.
7. Winners' responsibilities
Winners must: (i) organise and pay all costs that are not included in the prize; (ii) complete all the steps in the "How to enter?" section mentioned above and provide the corresponding proofs when requested; (iii) provide the correct contact details; (iv) provide a valid identification document showing that they are of legal age, a mandatory requirement to take part in the draw; (v) comply with the legislation in force in Portugal; (vi) comply with any rule, instruction, requirement, deadline and condition or rule of the event organiser. Sogevinus Fine Wines SA shall not be held liable should the winners, or any other persons, fail to fulfil the aforementioned responsibilities, which will result in disqualification from the draw.
